Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale govern every purchase made on maitreprompt.com ("Prompt Studio", "we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them in full.
1. Seller

2. Products
Prompt Studio sells digital products only: prompt packs delivered as downloadable files (PDF, image files and plain-text prompts). No physical goods are shipped.
3. Ordering and payment
Orders are placed and paid through Stripe. Prices are shown in euros, including any applicable VAT. Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted. Stripe may display an equivalent price in your local currency; the amount charged is the euro price.
4. Delivery
Delivery is immediate. The download link appears on the Stripe confirmation page and is sent to the email address you provided. You are responsible for saving the files after download.
5. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union: by completing your purchase you expressly request that delivery of the digital content begins immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code). Our 7-day fix-or-refund guarantee described in the Refund Policy applies in addition to your legal rights.
6. Licence
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the prompts and reference photos, and to use the images you generate with them for personal and commercial purposes. You may not resell, share, redistribute or publish the pack, the prompts or the reference photos, in whole or in part, or include them in any product or service.
7. Third-party tools
The packs are written for third-party AI tools. We do not control these services, their availability, their content policies or their output. Results depend on the tool, on the photo you upload and on the instructions you give. We do not guarantee any specific result. Prompt Studio is not affiliated with any AI provider.
8. Your photos and generated images
You must only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you their consent. You are solely responsible for the images you generate and for how you use them.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
10. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. Consumers residing in another country keep the protections granted by the mandatory rules of their country of residence. In case of dispute, contact us first at hello@promptstudio.example. European consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or contact the consumer mediator we have designated: [MEDIATOR NAME AND WEBSITE].
