Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you buy: your name, email address and order details. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

When you request the free prompt: your email address.

When you browse: basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) in our hosting provider's server logs.

Why we use it

To deliver your purchase and provide support (performance of the contract). To send you the free prompt and, if you requested it, occasional emails about new packs — you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email (consent). To keep the site secure and comply with accounting obligations (legitimate interest and legal obligation).

Who processes it

Stripe (payments), MailerLite (emails), Supabase / Lovable Cloud (database and hosting). Each of them processes data under a contract that complies with the GDPR. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order data: 10 years, as required by French accounting law. Email subscription: until you unsubscribe. Free-prompt requests: 3 years after your last interaction with us. Server logs: 12 months.

Cookies

Necessary preferences: the site stores your language and your cookie choice locally in your browser. These are needed for the site to work as you set it.

Optional TikTok advertising cookies: only if you press Accept, the TikTok pixel (ID DAOKEA3C77U17TEHR56G) is loaded to measure our advertising and to support personalized advertising. It shares typical browser, page and device identifiers with TikTok — cookie identifiers, IP address, browser user agent, the pages you view and clicks on our purchase buttons. Your choice, accept or reject, is stored locally in your browser for 6 months. You can change it or withdraw your consent at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. If you reject, no TikTok script is loaded and no advertising event is sent. We do not report your purchases to TikTok.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, and you can object to or restrict its processing, by emailing hello@promptstudio.example. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
